Schedule an Introductory Session

Ready to get started? Whether you are interested in myofascial release, somatic life coaching , or a combination of the two, a low-cost introductory telehealth session will get the process rolling.

In these sessions, we go through all the preliminary information necessary to begin as a new client, such as your medical history and/or your goals for our work together. You will have the opportunity to share your story in detail as well as any concerns you may have - setting you up for success from the very beginning.

The healing journey is a co-creative one, and the energy of the therapeutic relationship matters! These introductory sessions set the stage for our work together, building trust and paving the way for deep transformation during the therapeutic process.

Whole Healing Coaching Sessions via Zoom

Whole Healing Coaching sessions via zoom are not only a risk free, cost-effective approach to healing and wellness - they are powerful and deeply transformative. Somatic coaching sets the stage for deep, authentic, long-term healing so that you can get the most out of myofascial release work. In fact, some clients find somatic coaching to be so effective they don't need hands-on work at all.

Coaching sessions help you get to the root of your patterns so you can understand and manage your pain, tension, anxiety and stress on a daily basis. The skills you learn are applicable to both personal and professional challenges and help you navigate difficulties with more ease and joy - both in your body and your soul.
