Yes. Elena is trained in pediatric myofascial release and work with children of all ages. Her approach is very light, gentle, patient and creative to engage children in the process. However, it is essential that a child is interested in and willing to participate in myofascial release therapy. When parents try to force or coerce their children into receive myofascial release, the result is not beneficial.
What is your payment and scheduling policy?
Payment for both individual sessions and packages is due at the time of booking. Scheduling is done directly with your therapist - there is no online booking available at this time. Three sessions packages must be completed within 6 weeks of the first session, and four session packages within 8 weeks of the first session.
Electronic payments can be made by Zelle or Venmo. Cash and check are also accepted. Credit cards are rarely accepted, and only on a case by case basis. A processing fee is added for all credit card payments.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Individual sessions are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the session start time. Sessions in a package are not refundable, but can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session start time.
If you cancel your session less than 24 hours in advance, or if you do not show up for your session, you are responsible for the full session fee and your payment will not be refunded. If the session was part of a package, that session will be deducted from your package. Occasionally, exceptions may be made for emergencies or contagious/serious illness at the sole discretion of your therapist.
